Nop mate.. Didn't knew this website before. Created an easy bot by help of my programmers so as to get this service done. And also using a different bot for the ping purpose. Have maximum of only 1550 websites in my data base where i can submit your website.. Just checked your link, I didn't tried this. If i be using this tool would have included more submission and prices.
