Additionally, there is some language to the effect that RICO may apply to the bank accounts, which could involve freezing and seizure of ALL general tax revenues held in the accounts.
This fight isn't over, the Feds still have the upper-hand. No low-level city commissioner wants to risk being held criminally responsible for just spending weed-tax dollars to fix the pot-holes (!)) on a local city street.
