Contacted him for a couple cartoons because he had nothing but rave reviews.

Can't dispute the transaction via PayPal because it was for Services, not Goods. Way for me to jump on the failboat.

Paid him via PayPal on May 15th, 2010. I've tried contacting him numerous times and haven't received a response after he acknowledged payment. Never see him on AIM or ICQ. Anybody know how I can get in touch with him?

I thought that might be a problem with me getting a refund from PayPal for this failure http://www.wickedfire.com/sell-buy-trade/89395-wordpress-based-niche-content-sites-40-pop.html but PayPal closed the dispute today and emailed to tell me they were refunding my money. It is in my account currently. This was a "services" transaction, so it might be worth a shot.

I've tried it again, but every time it was a Service transaction they always denied me.
