2010 WickedFire.com Body Transformation Competition

This is the 4th competition, been exactly 1 year since the start. Even if you joined before and failed, join again and make it a better effort.

If you're not sure how to train, ask here; everyone is more than willing to throw in their 2 cents about diet/fitness.

OK, if you are unsure WHY you should enter, see this:

And I did NOT win the competitions, just used them to motivate myself.

So go for it!!

@emp - Great results you have there man! Curious... What did you do to achieve those results in that amount of time? Intake, cardio, lifting?

I've hit the weights since I was 18 (32 now) and hit the gym twice a day (cardio morning / lifting evening). Those are good results for sure man! A lot of discipline and staying focused I am sure! You probably feel a whole lot better, more energy, more drive, etc.

I'm in. I have to start training for the Honolulu Marathon anyway so I might as well join up. I'm currently at 215 and I'd like to get to 195 by the end of the competition. If I can figure out a way to stop drinking then it should be a piece of cake.

I'm back in by proxy again. Looking back at last January's I'm two pounds down from where I left off. I've gotten confused with the numbers about where I started vs how much I wanted to lose, so just to make it simple I'm going for 10 more pounds and I'll be pretty happy.

Sounds good :].

I guess I'll try and lose 10 pounds too... Still after P90X I have a little arm fat :/
