2. I've eaten some interesting stuff like fried veal brains once a week when I was out of the country, but balut looks disgusting. It's like having an abortion for dinner.

3. I've been on a strict 1 chicken thigh + pasta a day diet. Lost 7 pounds so far this week.


Did this once before and lost 20 pounds in a month, I'm just going to stop at around 15 pounds.
