what do you charge for direct flat rate ads?

looking to start having direct advertising at flat rates for banners on my site.. i was curious if anybody else on here is doing much of this as opposed to CPM and CPA deals..

not really expecting anybody to out their pricing for disclosure reasons but do you have any kind of system or variable to help you estimate or justify costs?

Depends on the niche of your site, see what others are charging per CPM in the same niche, start out low at first and see if you can get advertisers.
