That is going to be a hard site to sell becuase you post no revenue. This means even though the site is pr3 they dont know how much money can be earned through this site.

You should partially fill up your "advertise here" spaces, since all those empty ones makes it look like nobody wants advertising space on the site - doesn't send a good message to potential buyers.
