What Facebook thinks about Viral Marketing

I just got a link from facebook to their new pdf on viral marketing with their Pages system. pretty much free advertising with the ability to do some ppc with their targeting system. some clever people could take advantage of this. just thought I would provide a link to those who hadn't seen it yet.

I tried advertising Box.net when Facebook Flyers first started, it didn't convert at all though.

Thanks for that one Alex.

I gotta say, I haven't used Facebook for marketing myself, as everyone seems to find it only works well for other socially related products (and mine definitely aren't), but it's potentially something I'll keep in mind if any of my subs want a crack at it.
