What ftp program do you use?

Just wondering if any uses a shit hot FTP program? I'm using FTP commander, I dont know why, its just there and I use it.

Is there anything better out there?

I use the built in FTP in dreamweaver, or ftp:// in the address bar, or ftp in the command prompt.
