Hi All,

I was wondering if anybody knew what the values are that are reported in the shopping.com affiliate reports. They have three columns:
  • Page Views
  • Click Ins
  • Leads
I would have assumed that Page Views was the number of times that the ad unit had been shown. But based on my numbers, this is clearly not the case.

I've searched the shopping.com site for an explanation and Google as well. I've come up dry. I've tried sending them email, but they have not responded and it's been over a week.

If anyone could enlighten me, I'd be much obliged.

Cheers,
--Rick

Answer finally arrives

I finally got a response from shopping.com. Here's what how they explain the values in their reports:
  • API Queries: Number of requests made to the API.
  • API Matched Queries: Number of API requests that had matching results.
  • Leads: Clicks driven to merchant sites and any sponsored listing clicks that result from traffic sent to Shopping.com.
  • Revenue per Lead: Cost per lead.
  • Click Ins: Clicks sent into Shopping.com
  • Page Views: Shopping.com page views that result from clicks sent into Shopping.com.
  • Revenue: Net Revenue paid to partner.
  • Merchant Leads: Clicks driven directly to merchants.
