What is the best affiliate network?

If you could take one affiliate network with you on a deserted island, which one would it be?

I use to like Commission Junction, but have heard bad things about them from Shoemoney's podcast. They are the only company I have experience with... is there one company out there that blows the rest out of the water?

Amazon is the best as far as conversions and sales
They pay really slow though, and low comissions, but with all the products to promote it evens it out.

I like cpae and neverblue the best with azoogle a close second.....only cause my am there isnt the best, I think if I had a better am they would be right there at the top too.

What are the most important qualities you look for in an affiliate network?

Who do you guys think is the best network for hard products?

CJ, by far. The only real players in the game (e.g. non CPA networks) are CJ, Linkshare, Performics, and to a lesser extent, ShareASale. CJ has the best merchant mix, and best interface out of all, and it's worked out extremely well for me.

Might I suggest TheAffiliated.net - they have some new/cool interactive tools (video ads/peeker ads/peelers).

I use CJ, ShareASale, LinkShare, Performics and AvantLink.

AvantLink is small, but offers free datafeeds and lots of nice tools. I like ShareASale, but many of their datafeeds are non-functional and haven't been updated in years.
