What is the method for asking for invalid clicks refund?

What is the best method for asking for payment back for invalid clicks (clicks that are non-US traffic, when US traffic only is selected) for Yahoo? I can see the traffic in Google Analytics and awstats, but I also use MSN traffic. How can I prove to Yahoo that they are the cause of the foreign traffic? I know its their fault because my subids show me keyword - ppc engine, and i can see that all my affiliate traffic that is redirected to Non US offers by Azoogle, is all Yahoo traffic, because of my subid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Round up your logs run em against a good IP2Country database and send them an email asking WTF.

Show the referers, IP's and countries. and keep hounding them until they cough up a refund.

Your chances are best if you spend 10k a month or more cause then you get service and a rep to talk to.

If they brush you off, raise shit in the forums and get it posted on Threadwatch.
