What is the most attractive offer?

If the average sale is $20 dollars or so for an affiliate program, what percentage of the sale would most affiliates find attractive enough to join the program.

If there are other incentives that you look for in affiliate programs, please specify.

I am fairly new, and I manage a program that has been running for about 5 years, but I would like to find a way to improve and grow the program.

Any suggestions or comments would help.

Yeah, check out the diet offers that pay like $20 - $40... the user only has to pay like $5 for shipping.

It's hard to say if you are getting $20 per action and paying $15 per conversion or getting $20 and paying $5 a conversion. You have to look at the ROI which you can only determine by testing.

it matters how it converts more then the payout. EPC rules.
