I run States Realty - Realtor Directory by State & County

Currently, as you can see in the big orange box im running an offer for Foreclosures, I get a decent number of clicks, however, havent had a single lead or sale.

To me, that begs the question "Is this the right offer for this site?"

As the brilliant affiliate marketers you guys (And girls) are, what kind of offer would you consider to be a better fit for my site?

Mortgage offers?
..Suggestions go here...

I'd say mortgage offers for sure, I mean, most of your traffic is going to need a loan soon.

I don't know much about this market in particular, but maybe you should focus on getting a substantial amount of traffic, and then selling premium listings to individual agents? Or possibly figuring out a way to let agents join the network for free, but agree to pay some kind of referral fee for hooking them up with a buyer?

It seems that actively advertising for the agents could be more profitable than running affiliate campaigns alone.

Realtors can submit there listing and join for free. I am simply offering them a an opportunity to get a featured listing.

Since ive started the site I think I have had 40+ submissions from Realtors. Currently I get about 50 uniques a day with 150+ page views according to Google analytics. 90% of my traffic is organic, im just trying to figure out how to increase the volume..

Ive thought ive buying links, etc. but im not sure what anchor text to use... I was going to use "Realtor Directory" or "California Realtor", etc.
