With me, between my Information ADD, weed smoking, partying, and the constant battle with myself to tackle the simple tasks I know I should be doing instead of obsessing and mentally masturbating over the big ideas.

I honestly estimate myself to be working at around 10% of my true potential. Things to improve:
-Meditation to improve my ability to stay calm and concentrate on tasks.
-Improve ability to see tasks through to completion.
-Avoid getting trapped in the social media time wasting loop.
-Only use the computer for work and content creation, all time wasting and BS is done on a tablet.
-Keep a journal of work habits.
-Stop wake and baking.

How about you, be honest?

about 50% which Ive found to be a pretty happy medium. If I work at 100 I dont have time or energy for much else.

I got a brain tumor so I'd say 10% or less over the past few months. But I voted 30% cause that's probably what I normally work at. (I spend most of my free time reading documentation and making shit)

Sorry to hear this bro. I'll be sending you + vibes.

Probably around 5%

I'd say I work at around 70% and fear of risk and other self-defeating thoughts keep me from moving forward faster. I have no doubt those will slowly fall away over the next year.

I've had days before where I've worked at 100% for like 12 hour straight out of panic or fear of some sort. (Putting out fires)

I probably accomplished more in one of those days then I normally do in 6 months.

Reading the Steve Job's Bio made it clear to me that certain people; superpowers, the titans of industry, simply have the ability to redline it like that 24/7.

I don't know if I have it in me, that's what it takes to accomplish great things, I hope I do.
How bout yall?

Funny you bring this up. Been thinking about this a lot, especially now that I am getting older. I want to start taking care of my body and becoming not only a better person, but a more efficient person with life/business in general. It is a tough one though because drinking alcohol is one of my favorite things to do, but it is definitely one of the most unproductive/unhealthy things you can do. Especially when you do it in excess like I do. It also comes along with all the other added benefits like overeating, smoking weed, laziness, etc.

It all really just comes down to balance. It isn't always about how much money you make or how successful you are.

Doing drugs will definitely slow your roll, but you gotta also remember that guys like Jobs had staffs working with them.

If I could only work on higher order stuff exclusively (next year should be close) then I could redline it like mad.

But when you're doing the usual entrepreneurial stuff, having to wear 10 different hats, you get all of the fatigue, with less of the inspiration, and eventually that will wear you down.

Agreed, imo. Although I can't help feeling that I'd end up doing more work than I do if I worked less hours and had set work schedules, rather than my current tactic of 16 hour days with no real schedule.

Around 30% and going to decrease further in the next few months.

Why work so hard, the armageddon is coming.
