What program do you use to make a landing page?

OP if you want quality results just use a piece of paper and a ruler. take a picture with your webcam and upload to your server.

if you know basic html, you could find lots of free templates online,
if you need a drag and drop type thing, id go with frontpage as suggested

In an attempt to actually help you out, if you don't have any design / dev skills you might want to check out a product like Artiseer if you want to do it yourself.

Or, purchase a template from somewhere like ThemeForest.
