Started taking a bunch of stuff..nothing contraindicative but for my workouts, and just general health:
1.5-2 scoops on lifting days, 1 scoop on cardio days:
Multivitamin:
Only on lifting days (a nitric oxide from the guys who make jack3d):
Little bit of this added to my jack3d before workout to get a higher content:
Protein:
And finally:
So a lot, but specific purposes, and some not every day. Approaching 400lb on squats, 250-275 on bench, and 250-275 on cleans (200 on clean + jerk)
Oh and da berries.
