What the hell is going on with Hostgator today

All my sites on Hostgator are down currently, as in, completely down.

Hostgator's live chat help is also down, their Twitter doesn't have an update, and their support forum doesn't even load. I guess I'll be calling them.

What the hell kind of service is this!!

None of my HG accounts were hit with any downtime today, but they claim they're having problems with packet loss.

Also, their "gatorchat" has gone down like 10 times in the last few days. They should probably go back to outsourcing their live support software.
