What to do if someone rip-off the entry design and content of my site?

I have newly did a Bing search for one of my sites and keywords and come across something very interesting. Someone ripped off my site entry design and content...probably to benefit from the keywords popularity and general online reputation. But when i did researched some more deeply, i find aout they use my site entry design and content not only for popularity, but also to hide behind their main business (which is pharmacy) and get leads from. My site uses also adsense program which is also build into their site with the code they ripped off, and i worry about it as i have no idea how agressive or what methods this fuckers uses on their site...this may put my adsense account in trouble.

My question is...what to do in such case?

I already try to contact the site owner but all emails bounce back. I contacted their hosting and domain provider and informed them of this violation of their customer but no results...their site is still up and using my site entry design and content and i want this fuckers to pay back for been assholes...what to do?...any help, thoughts are much appreciated.

You have revenge and you dont even know it, coz if the grammar and spelling of your website is a bad as the post you just made, YOU WIN.
 
yeah sory my english sucks, but first speak other 5 languages as i do and then come to blaim me for my shity english. If you want to help and have an idea, you are wolcome to make a suggestion...dont need the other funny shit.

nice move "old club guys" (you know who you are)...so you make a no sense post on any shit just to increse the number of your posts and use it later as "something amazing" to apply for free review copies? i posted this thread akings for suggestions on the topic, but i see here are no people who can help with (and this is fine if its impressed in friendly way). To me WF start to look like a forum of free review copy hunters trying to benefit of other's skills and knowladge and nothing more..seems i did a mistake i post this, well was the 1st and last time i do it. Moderators can close now this thread please and maybe scan the database of users and eleminate all dickheads first...then this place can turn into something better.

Dude, you really need to grow a thicker skin or you aren't going to survive in this business. I'm also quite certain that there have been NUMEROUS threads about stolen content, sites, etc. in the other more appropriate sections of this forum for such things. The fact that you would post something like this in the off topic section makes me think you probably aren't too bright though.

The answer is: get over it, move on... it's not worth wasting your time on it because you aren't likely going to get any satisfaction. Spend your time making more money instead.
