My wife and I are real conservative people, we enjoy our little family life with 2 kids, live in a medium sized community with great neighbors and relatives nearby.

Why not talk to your wife about it? Obviously you don't want to straight ask "Were you imagining my friend was fucking you the other night? is that why you were so turned on?!" because you'll sound like a jealous self conscious faggot. Poke around a bit, ask her about that night and once you get talking about it you can figure out what was going on.

Sitting around thinking about it or asking people on forums about shit like this will pretty much only lead you to draw conclusions and then convince yourself they're true, 95% of the time if someone would just talk to their fucking spouse they wouldn't have so many issues. If you've been with her 12 years, she is comfortable enough with you that she'll swallow your cum then she probably wont have an issue talking about your mental shit.
