What to do with an email list of 50,000 Traveler CUSTOMERS?

At our company, we've build a massive list of 50,000 CUSTOMERS. The only thing they have in common really is that they've brought our product, which is for some one that is traveling...

We don't know if they're business, hardcore travelers or what. I'm just thinking of ideas on how to make the money we should be making from these 50,000.

I've thought about -

membership site (country or activity based eg. skiing, or england travel)
affiliate site (travel offers, discounts, coupons)
reviewing and promoting affiliate products (suitcases, gadgets, books, etc)

Looking forward to hearing some ideas from you all.

You could just marketing to them via e-mail.

Find out what they wanted and bought and marketing accordingly, or you can sell it some traval agacny.... I suppose..

Do split testing that way you'll know what type of travelers they are

sign up on my network and pick up some of our travel offers, then hit your list with our kick ass email creatives

I would say with the travel list, i would recommend the following:

1) more of your own products - best margin and total control. Is there an upgrade you can sell them?
2) Specialized affiliate offer - go to Azoogle, Neverblue, etc. let them know you have a list and one to do some mailing to it. they can help you devlop specialized campaigns and creative that will knock it out
3) Monthly sponsored newsletter - travel is a hot area, you could easily do a monthly newsletter with two or three sponsors. You can work with brokers to do this yourself, or find a list management firm who can help you to monetize it.

the most important thing is KEEP BUILDING THE LIST. Lots of ways to market back to them.

Just send them travel offers, make them fill a form with personal or pro informations if you need to know about them.

Send them offers for things like luggage, rental cars, hotel discounts, etc.
