What vendors do you wish accepted BitCoin?

A quality hosting provider, actually. There's several hosts that accept Bitcoin, but nobody I'd trust with my data. Someone like Rackspace or something would be quite nice.

Unfortunately with such high volatility Bitcoin is not really a currency atm, but a commodity.
In order to make payments merchants, such as Bitpay, have to use hedging by fiat currencies. When you pay in Bitcoins you do barter, and it doesn't matter if merchant or affiliate network works with BC or not - all transactions will be made in fiat currency one way or another.
So let's wait for lower volatility.

I know that feel. I've used CodingAgency.com in the past though; they're pretty legit and there is absolutely no ID requirement there that you can't just make shit up on.
There have been many attempts, so far all have fallen through because of the chargeback problem.
I don't think it will ever work without some form of buyer's collateral withholding. Kinda awkward, but it might make sense one day.
As many experts have been screaming for years now, it will stay volatile until it is trading for what it is 'worth.'
For now it's got a looooooooooooong way to grow, so we'll just have to keep treating it as digital gold until it's finished baking.
I know of at least five 'work for bitcoin' boards like this one. Yes, mostly all of the people on them are offering their service, not jobs... But over time that trickle of job offers has already noticeably grown.

I think $100+ range people are really going to worry about changing price, but if you can sell access or a download for a small amount like 0.01-0.05. Then people aren't going to think about it so hard.
Maybe the compromise would be to have an escrow payment made. And if the exchange rate goes up, give them a "rebate" so that they paid the same price in the end. But if the price goes down, I doubt you would get anyone willing to send you more bitcoins.

Why is currency conversion lost on so many people when it comes to Bitcoin? Price your stuff (or hourly rate, or whatever) in USD or whatever currency, and convert into BTC when order / payment time comes. Whether or not you want to hold onto the Bitcoin, or exchange it right away is up to you, but you know the risk of holding onto it.

That or you price it in USD and accept as many bit coins as necessary to satisfy the agreed upon price
It doesn't matter which way you price it. In BTC or USD. If what you are doing takes 3-4 weeks to do, and the price is doubling or halving in that same period. Someone is winning and someone is losing hard. Especially if you need to pay other subcontractors in USD.
Even if you do really great work. If the person pays you, and then the value rises. They're going to feel ripped off.
