What would you choose : Facebook or WEB offer?

Hello, ALL!
A lot of advertisers especially in dating vertical use to create FB and other applications as analogue of their regular WEB product. That's definetly reasonable - Fb has a huge database of users. Well, the question is what offer do you choose? Have you got an experience of running both? Thank you for your opinion.

Honestly from everything I've seen fb connect offers convert right around the same as short form signups but give the advertiser more user info for their buck and I'm assuming better lead quality, but fb apps convert much better.

Facebook has so many users, your bound to get more people to convert if they see it. Where ever the most traffic is you'll see good results.

So the fact that not all users are loged into FB does not spoil conversion rate?
