I want to create a directory for certain types of events which are held throughout the US (and the world). The events need to be uploaded by the users with the ability for other users to comment and/or register for them.
I'm not a total newb, so if you tell me how I won't be confused by the terms. That said, I definitely couldn't venture a guess as to what the best way to go about it would be.
