What's With All These "Fake Consultants" & "Marketing Experts" Online?.. Popping Up

EVERYWHERE...

- One's saying he's done product launches for companies and has done a million in a few days.. He's wearing a Nixon watch, his life seems boring in every photo. His website is PURE shit. Asks people not to send him eBay e-mail lists, lol says a lot about the people he works with.

- One says she's a BRAND Expert, and she handles all the social marketing and is a super consultant, etc. Looked at all her stuff, and it sucks HARD. Just garbage, like a 30 year old woman trying to run a social business with no idea how it works, but bought a few 1,000 FB likes and is running FB ads.

- One says he does investments, owns a domain business. Resells them, blah blah. Two years ago this guy was trying to sell basic business cards, for $500 for 1,000. lol. Then he went onto selling BS health products to people he knew. And he's still broke. But people EAT this shit up, thinking he's REAL. He's even done interviews on some legit websites claiming he's made millions. Again his website is pure shit. He charges $1,000 per session to talk with him for an hour, lol. He is worth $10/hr and that's being generous.

I mean seriously... Seeing these types of people all over Facebook, that friends of friends are connecting with. Some of them even have people that follow them.. So tired of seeing this stuff... Yeah this is kind of a rant, but sharing it anyways..

Can anyone explain what's going on? Is anyone even honest anymore? Are morals and integrity all gone?

Those you can do and those you can't teach. It went something like that.

EDIT:

Sometimes people are just dealt a shitty hand, but it's rare.

The Social Media industry is full of this. Serial Entrepeneurs and shit.

It is not what you sell, it is how you sell it. This happens in every business known to man. And also, theres a sucker born every day (?), or is it minutes?

I do quite like elements of the sign-up form on the first one, despite it being completely cunty. :sadcrying4: Does that mean I'm, well, I don't know, a future member of WaFo?

everyone wants to work from home in their pajamas, and online marketing is the best/easiest way to do it considering every single business is willing to pay someone to bring them more traffic, sadly most business owners don't know how to differentiate the good from the bad
