Any suggestions will do, I have a great source for free stock photo, but never knew of a good source for clipart. Thanks guys.

1996?

Seriously though, are you looking for actual old school 2d clipart stuff or like vector icons?

For icons, check out iconfinder.net, they have a nice setup.

For random graphics, vectors, etc. check out maromedia.blogspot.com

pdclipart.org

clipart.com - Not free. $15 for one week. You can download up to 1,000 per day.

I once bought some bargain bin software at an office store for like 4 bucks and it gave me a free year membership to clipart.com (hence why I bought it). You should probably be able to find some kind of code or something for a free membership on google based on the fact that they pass them out like that. I'm sure they're out there somewhere.

Or I could copy a few thousand clip art images onto about 50 floppy disks and mail them to you for nostalgia purposes.

A lot of the above. I still have a lot of use for it. Biggest concern for me has been rights, I want to be in the clear and royalty free. Hence why with photos, sxc.hu is a great site.

Thanks for the Maromedia site, too.

And yeah 1996, to be honest every once in a while I pop in the old Corel Gallery CD after looking through the book. It still has some good stuff.

Err - should have said, thanks for all of the sites, IconFinder and pdclipart.org are good too. Clipart.com I might try if I really need to

google or clipart.com or fffound.com
that's where my friends usually go to get some clip art))))

You can use google as well -

I can't take credit for this as someone showed me - I knew a lot of google tricks but had never thought of using this way..

Type into google: "Just change the latter for what you're looking for"

Code:
inurl:"clipart" "cat"
For I stock images - " Lot of people don't change the name of the image when they download from i stock"

Type into google:
Code:
inurl:"istock" "dog"
Mindseye.

p.s. It's always best to buy your images, but this is a handy little trick when doing mock-ups "atleast for me". ;)
