Where have you had business cards printed?

I am helping a friend get some things off the ground and he has a design for a card that he likes but was looking for recommendations on where to get them printed with rounded corners and maybe on clear or frosted plastic.

Anyone had good luck with a certain company and would like to share?

We have googled alot of places but it is hard to tell what to look for in a good printing company without holding copies of their work to look at.
