I have some blogs for that where i have good looking themes or where i have good professional themes....You guys can help me to find themes?

There are loads of free themes from wordpress and you can search for them by using a filter if you want 2 columns, widget etc.
I use flexibility theme which is free if you dont mind a link to them in your footer otherwise it is around $45 I think.

Ya like this themes...Apart from this theme there is any other Good themes.

u can use plugins for those functions. this way u have more themes to choose from
