Anyone know where I can buy cheap traffic? Quality I don't care about, I only just want to boost my pageviews. An upside is if it looks like it comes from the US.

Mturk - specify US visitors
Adwords - go broad matching on some of your terms. Also specify US
Bing - same
Craigslist - lots of ways to get people to visit your website.
Email - buy or rent a list and blast away.

Setup a transparent proxy on a VPS, submit the IP address to "proxy checker" websites, and redirect everybody to your site.

Setting up a transparent proxy is non-trivial as it requires modifying the linux kernel (google "squid tproxy") but you should be able to find someone on elance to set this up for you relatively cheaply.

I think you get what you pay for though, right? I mean I'd prob stay away from 7 search, random traffic networks, fiver, etc - Google, Bing, Facebook would be the places to go, organic prob being the best source.
