Where to find full time reliable outsource virtual employees?

Im looking for some full time virtual employees that speak english well. Are there any company's other then the obvious elance type sites that manage hiring and staffing outsource employees that you all recommend?

Im looking to hire full time not just a project here or a project there.

The subscription is paid (about $49), but I find that people over there are a lot more reliable and serious to work than on sites like oDesk. Most of them speak decent english, too.
 
So I search and find an 'expert' python programmer (I'd settle for competent and coachable) for $350/month on onlinejobs.ph

This has to be too good to be true. Am I really not wasting my time testing this guy out.... I'm used to paying that or more per day for someone good in the states.
 
I've almost given up. But I'll be sure to post back if I find something worthwhile. So far, everyone has just ended up wasting my time. Fuckers.

I used to think it would be impossible to find a reliable full time va until I read an interview with mike geary creator of truth about abs. If he found one that helps him manage such a successful empire then I'm sure it's possible for any of us to find one.

Maybe you should get in touch with him. PM me if you do and find a good source cause I'm looking for the same thing
