I know this a total newb question. I have a few sites and I need to put a general privacy policy up on them to help make them rank better and just a little more professional.

Is it possible to get a generic privacy policy done for all the sites or atleast good enough to fill in the blanks?

Or if anyone can write one please pm me cost and details.

Just copy and paste from another similar website. Replace some keywords and it should help with SEO just a nid-bit. No one ever reads them, so it isn't a super important part of your website unless you are pushing something...iffy/that could get you in trouble.

Thanks hyperion...

Yea this is just a generic privacy policy for my affiliate site I try to do. I just would like one I can change a few words to make it specific for the site and then I am good to go.

But I do have a project I am doing that will result in me selling/downloading a custom application I have made but when I am ready for that one I have a feeling I will be getting someone to help me with that one cause I will be doing memberships, newslettes, and collecting info. But that is a few months down the road still.

I guess I will go grab someones Privacy Policy from them.... Anyone offering permission to copy there privacy policy.... :D

Here is what I use, can't remember where I borrowed it from

Code:

There's actually a privacy policy generator around if you search for it in google. It's pretty slick. Asks you a bunch of questions then spits out a privacy policy based on the answers.
