Where to get free download of a list of US cities (and counties...if possible)?

I tried googling but couldn't find any free download... I know the information can be found on Wikipedia but it's not arranged in a way that makes copying-and-pasting easy. Someone help? :1zhelp:

I would try a free geo locational database first. Scrape from that.

Searching like this works for almost any list you'd need. First names, last names, cities, etc.
