Where to outsource European developers?

Hello,

I currently have quite a few projects on hand and I'm seeking mainly European based (Russian/Ukrainian/Argentinian etc.) individuals or a European based firm to outsource the development related tasks to. I have no insight on this field and I'm looking to get steered in a proper direction. Does anyone happen to have any advice?

You realize that Argentina is in South America right?

Pretty much the regular places such as elance, scriptlance, odesk, etc. Maybe post that you are looking for a European to do the work.
 
Yeah, I quickly created this post with some suggestions I heard in others posts here. Sorry for that error but I'm sure people get the general idea. Appreciate the suggestions, those places tend to be geared towards the states and usually have the associated $ along with that, I'm trying to find a solution that's a bit more specific with these areas in mind.
 
Gotcha. Well, does anyone know of any other alternatives? Or happen to know any actual overseas development firms which would be more capable to manage $5000-15000+ projects?

Pretty sure if they're working with them they wouldn't share it with you.

Just try those sites, oDesk and vWorker, post specific project spec and don't limit your budget to something low. I think you'll find something.
