Where to send traffic?

I am having trouble finding where to send my traffic. I own a website with for sale by owner listings and have a bunch of traffic for a "sell my house" type offer. I generate 300-500 leads per month of people who want to sell their house.

Anyone have an idea of where to send these leads? PM me if you have an offer.

If you can't find a direct buyer check out buy/sell lead marketplaces such as LeadPile, Reply, LeadBuy, etc. – there are many more out there. Otherwise, try searching for brokers within your specific vertical. Just start searching, and reaching out. I guarantee there is someone out there who will buy your leads.

Advertise your site in free classifieds online where people want to buy home and exchange your link with them

Ive been sending emails to some direct buyers. I am surprised no networks have these offers other than z-buyer.

If it's local, try local realtors.

If it's national, try selling leads to 'sell your house' companies.

Im afraid you will need to approach companies directly. Most networks dont do them unfortunately, especially if you want to get paid per lead!

i own an a similar website and have a deal worked out with two realtors - it is not steady or guaranteed but they contact me when they need leads and i sell to them for $10/lead.

no clue how these guys are i never used it, but found them when i had a site in that niche. Azoogle & Maxbounty had some CPAs for this type of traffic, but they are no more live, just checked
