That's why I take it in pill form. I got mine by signing up for a free trial offer I found online! It had pictures of that doctor on Oprah and Rachel Ray on the page, so it must be legit.

Protip: get some colon cleanse at the same time with another free trial. Keeps the dingleberries to a minimum. I'm not sure how they can just GIVE this stuff away, but they do!
