Which Link Will The SE's Count?

If there's two or more links on the same page pointing to the same URL which link will the search engines count for anchor text and link juice? The first link on the page?

First link on the page, if they are pointing to same url. If they are pointing to same domain, then both.

Yeah if there's more than one link pointing to the same domain but different URLs then the SEs will count all of them, but I was wondering about if there's more than one link on the same page pointing to the same exact URL which would the SEs would count?

Surely they wouldn't count every one of them. So, I thought if you were to get multiple links from the same page back to your page then you'd want to be mindful of which link has the anchor text that you want to make sure it counts.

I believe it would follow both but only count half of their value, although I think the anchor text benefit would be taken from this first link.
