Which of these shopping cart configs are best: Joomla/Viruemart or WP/Zencart

In terms of SEO and ease of use, which option is the best for a large store?

Any examples of the WP/Zencart type store? I have only found a couple. I really like the joomla/virtuemart looks, but I cant find enough examples of WP/Zencart stores.

Thanks. I have seen a few examples of joomla/virtue, but I have only see one WP/Zen example. I just havent seen enough of the WP config to know. I do like WP alot, and have never used Joomla.
 
I d like to know the advantages and disadvantages of those 2 shopping cart. what about using paypal?
