Which reputable networks have Debt-related offers?

I see a lot of credit score offers and such, but not that many debt-related ones.

I did a quick search on offervault and there are a number of debt offers, but they are all part of networks I've never heard of, or places like clickbank and whatnot.

Azoogle has a nice debt offer, just came out yesterday. It's for Debt Consolidation and pays $18/lead

We have them they're all on private tho and have to get approved before hand based on traffic type etc. Debt is one of the largest frauded offers which is why they're so tightly guarded.

I'm an affiliate for A4D but I'm no big player so I guess I can't see them..

How do I get myself approved for them?
