White Label site with a new company...questions to ask

I got a call from this new credit reports company this morning wanting me to do a white label site with them. I have a couple of questions for you seasoned marketers:
1. They are not affiliated with any network, and are new players, what are the chances of me getting screwed and how can I prevent that?
2. What questions do I need to ask them - other than epc, lp sample & payout?
3. How do I check their credibility?

if you are newb enough to ask these questions chances are god (in my opinion) that you probably don't push a shit ton of traffic yet. If your not doing huge traffic and your getting approached about white labels, beware. White labels are usually reserved for the big guys doing a lot of volume. Im suspicious of what your being offered.

You are right, I am not a big fish pushing huuuge traffic, and thus the questions. I have never done white labeling, and was not sure how to approach this, and was trying to get some feedback from seasoned ams.
