Who do you turn to when you are not f'ing around.

I have been working with freelancers for a while now and I'm getting tired of the constant issues that seem to pop up constantly.

Can anyone recommend a established design house that isn't beyond over priced but not fucking around either...

if you know any high level freelancers i would love some recommendations as well.

I'm thinking designers in the 2,000+ per project category.
