Who do you use for email creatives?

Can anyone recommend a good designer for email creatives? Someone who knows a little about marketing where I can just say "hey I need 5 HTML email creatives for this site at XYZ"?

My copy guy doesn't know shit about design, and my design guy doesn't know shit about marketing. It's a pain in the ass helping them work together. I end up doing half the work myself.

Well, I know you don't know me whatsoever, but I have a friends that do freelance design for a good price. I have been in the marketing field for a long time, so if you tell me what you want, I can see if they can put together something....
