Why can I NOT get Google Apps Email working on my domain?

I swear I am doing this right but every time I try to verify the settings I am being told it's wrong. Here are the instructions from Google:

And here are my domain's Dotster MX records:

What the hell can this problem be?

I've never used Dotster but have you tried it without the trailing dot(".") ?

I talked to Doster and was told for DNS management to work, I need to use these nameservers:
NS1.NAMERESOLVE.COM
NS2.NAMERESOLVE.COM
NS3.NAMERESOLVE.COM
NS4.NAMERESOLVE.COM

So what they're saying is, I cannot use Google Mail on my domain and externally host my website on, for example, Blue Host, because I have to be using those 4 nameservers for DNS management (to use Google Mail MX records) to work?

No. If your domain is externally hosted on Bluehost. Then you would set the nameservers to Bluehost. And then at Bluehost, go into Cpanel and change the MX records to reflect the ones given to you by google.
