Why do 99% of people from India offering services on the web suck hard at English?

People from India struggle hard with a second language like English.
I see they love to see me DEAD because I posted this. Dumb fanatitcs. They really sent me PMs they will kill me, WTF? Go to your Krishna God and lick his ass dumbfucks.

And yes, just to point out, MOST Indians speak atleast 2 languages, English comes as a 3rd language.
Also, let me school you on the first rule of buying web services: "You get what you pay for"

If English is such a big deal for you, Why in the first place are you going to Indians to get work done. To save money?
Stop hating on the Indians just because you're too poor to get anyone better.
If it weren't for them, you wouldn't have anyone to go to, without adding to your mortgage.
On a more serious note, it's true - a lot of Indians don't speak good English though the quality of their work might be impressive. However, mis-communication can become quite a problem. Before I hire someone, it is very important to me that their communication is upto a certain mark. It's always easy to find someone just as good with better English by spending a bit extra. Always go that way, its safer.
