there's the possibility to report the image, but that won't get your facebook group deleted nor will you account be banned. I think you always get a warning first. And if you're using a fake account there's no way you can get into any trouble, right?

Right, but I've heard that the inability to use capital letters correctly is dealt with much more severely.
