Why does Copeac do this?

Email I received yesterday evening:

Due to the advertiser's request Platinum Prizes - Macys Offer* > Zip Submit (1758) will be inactivated. It will be redirected to Macys Gift Card $500 ~ Email Submit (499) effective Thursday, November 8th. If you have any questions please contact your account manager. "

Email I received today at 11:20:

Based on the last email, I thought I would setup some new links tonight.. instead, from noon until now I've been paying for PPC to nothing.. not even a redirect. If you're going to cut us short and not tell us, why can't you at least redirect it? I don't get it..

Not trying to put down Copeac as they've helped me out in the past, but how they handle their zip submit offers pisses me off.
 


Something probably came up internally. My experience with Copeac has generally been good, and that hasn't happened too much in the past from them. They probably got caught off guard.
 
Fuck them... I been trying to call all morning and haven't succesffuly spoken to a single soul.
I've been trying to resolve two problems with the same offer (Tracking issues/ Sending about 2k clicks to a Dating offer I've converted 13% on before - and got -0- leads)
I'm about do drop copeac - It seems once something is going on, they're consumed.
I have been trying to make contact with someone since Friday.
I have emailed Mike Krongel, I have Emailed Alex, I'm not quite sure what to do anymore but feel like I've just been left at the side of the road.
