Even people closely related to the ACTUAL conservative movement and prominent conservatives with ties to The Washington Times and other conservative publications know that John McCain is a big government socialist loser. Only neocons, racist Dems/PUMAs, party loyalty fetishists, and other national grestness socialists really support McCain.

As i've said many times it's hard to attack Obama when he's pretty much wrong only on the same issues McCain is, and right ( or at least marginally better than mcCain) on the few others that matter.

See this quote from Stacy McCain's on the American Spectator:
"It was McCain's outspoken support for the unpopular bailout -- a big-government intervention incompatible with conservative economic philosophy -- that handed the election to Obama."

In other words when McCain actually had a chance to be an economic conservative/capitalist and had the backing of the majority of the American people ( though for conflicting reasons), he chose the Big Government Socialist route- the same one favored by the Kristols, and David Brooks neocons of the world.

The thing with Obama is, people know he is a liberal and people know the Democratic Party has a socialist agendas. However for the last 8+ years the Republican Party has been trying to "out-big government" the Dems.

The Republican Masters now are big government former 60s radical Marxists. But they expect to win by painting "That One" as associating with radical socialists? Ok.

McCain used to be a better guy. Now he's lucky if he's Bob Dole II.
