Why won't Myspace approve my ad?

I had a $75 credit for Myspace, so I threw an ad together quick. I run a supplement store, so for the ad I put the product name as the title, then the price, and then a picture of the product.

It got rejected for this reason: "At this time, we are not accepting additional ads of this type until further notice. Please check back for future updates. Thank you for your submission.. For more information on how to correct this problem, please visit our help page."

What's up with that??

Good luck, lately they've been incredibly inconsistent and shady. They deleted over 100 of my ads without notice and lol'd. They lowered the minimum CPC to .01 but made it more expensive to actually get clicks.

yeah myspace has been weird as fuck since the new ad platform.. ive noticed the prices are way jacked up now...

my rep told me they cleaned house of all "duplicate" ads although i don't see how the fuck im gonna get the impressions i need with 1 ad on their platform unless i bid myself in to the poor house...

to the OP your promoting a weight loss product if your not whitelisted then you will never get your ad approved.. doesn't matter if its rebill or not...any diet, wieghtloss, dating offers require a whitelist account get a rep and they'll fill you in on the current details..but if your spending money on credits your not gonna qualify..

You just aren't targeting right. There's plenty of ways to get mass 5 cent clicks on myspace.

If you say it then it must be so (which I'm really glad to hear). However, I can't seem to come close to those #'s - even though MySpace says that's what I should be bidding. Small targets (~ 200,000), decent CTRs .35 -> .45 and when I drop bids below 30 cents, the impression volume falls off a cliff. Same thing happens when switching to CPM and dropping below $0.80.

Am I missing something obvious (e.g. need higher CTRs, eCPMs) or is it something else?

You need a whitelisted account.
