I resized the ones made by Dreamache in this thread. Can't ever get in touch with him, but I'm sure he won't mind. Feel free to use:

640x480 for most Android phones
320x480 for iPhones
960x854 for big ass Droid phones
320x240 for BBs

Nice. Shame I use Slidescreen though , no wallpaper just sheer information.

Though I could use it on my lock screen.

The storm is 40 pixels wider than the iPhone at 480x360 as opposed to 480x320.

ahh ok, so basically 20px black bars on either side. In a pinch then, I'd crop down then resize the droid image then.

Btw the Droid resolution should also work for the Nexus One phones.
