Many 2nd tier sites come to mind when I think about the 95% fraudulent clicks. Also, the fraudulent impressions is definitely true.

Too bad, but they could possibly get in some legal trouble if they revealed the ad networks they experimented with.
 
hmmmmmmmmmmmm. i don't buy this, but reading the report its hard to decide why.

there's some serious technical problems with their methodology. some serious claim issues too, their definitions of fraud aren't unreasonable, but they're also kinda wtf. and claiming "95% of advertising is fraud" when they really, it seems, only ran 8 campaigns probably on the same set of networks is way wtf.
 
what if they ran on the shittiest networks on purpose to prove their point?

they are definitely pimping their product with this report and have an obvious agenda.

an unbiased 3rd party needs to do this.
