My hosting provider is doing a major server move & they asked me
to not change anything on my sites during the move.

I've got two new domains names I registered about a week ago &
there's just a index.html file in the directory now.

I've got some really good keywords I don't want the advertiser to
find promoting a cpa email submit offer.

How can I continue promoting the site using the keywords during
the server move.

I've already setup a temporary 302 redirect directly to the cpa
offer will this hide the referrer to keep my keywords safe or should
I do something else like a double meta refresh also.

Different browsers can do whatever they want with the referer data.

The only thing you can do to be 100% sure, is check if the referer is set in some kind of recursive redirect setup. If it gets blanked, send them on. If it doesn't get blanked, don't send the user on.
